1937年,在日本設立了第一座威士忌蒸餾廠之後的十數年,三得利第一代首席調酒師鳥井信治郎在經過不斷改良後,「角瓶」終於誕生。充滿自信的四角瓶身,綴以龜殼花紋,穩重而自信滿滿,60餘年來堅持的獨特品味,深受大眾喜愛。 香味特徵: 使用山崎蒸餾廠的波本桶原酒與中度焙燒的穀類原酒調合而成,具有柔和的淡甜香氣,口感厚實卻不失圓潤。相當適合佐餐。 飲法及口感介紹: 冰鎮:放入冷凍庫內,冰鎮後的酒液滑順而稠,入喉圓潤且厚實的口感,適合放鬆心情時飲用。 加水或冰塊:自然釋放出角瓶原酒的芳香且不失原味,更可感受到角瓶淡甜的口感,相當適合佐餐。 加碳酸飲品( 角HIGH ):降低酒精刺激感且碳酸爽快的口感,適合解油膩時大口暢飲。

The Suntory Kakubin is a budget blend from Suntory. Kakubin means square bottle and althou "Kakubin" is stated nowhere on the bottle it is it's official name. It was originally introduced in 1937 and now bottled at 40% vol. Very drinkable blend for a very low price, no mixer needed. Very clean and simple, really nothing wrong with it.

SUNTORY KAKUBIN IS THE MOST POPULAR WHISKEY IN JAPAN SINCE ITS APPEARANCE IN THIS COUNTRY. THIS WHISKY CONTAINS WITH SPIRITS, MATURED IN BOURBON CASKS AT LEAST 8 YEARS. MASTER BLENDER AT HIS OWN DISCRETION CREATES A BLEND OF ABOUT TEN DISTILLATES. HE COULD REMOVE ONE OR TWO SPIRITS, IN ORDER TO KEEP FROM YEAR TO YEAR UNIQUE KAKUBIN’SFLAVOURS. WHISKEY SUNTORY KAKUBIN HAS AN AMAZING SOFT TASTE AND EXCELLENT AROMA. ITS SHAPE BOTTLE "KAKUBIN" REMINDS A TURTLE SHELL. JAPANESE BORROWED FROM SCOTLAND MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY OF MAKING WHISKY: DOUBLE DISTILLATION IN COPPER POT STILL ALEMBICS; BLENDING WITH GRAIN WHISKY; MATURING IN BOURBON AND SHERRY CASKS. JAPAN HAS PERFECT ENVIRONMENT FOR CREATING AND AGING WHISKEY, BUT NEVERTHELESS, MANUFACTURERS PREFER TO BRING A LARGE BATCH OF SCOTTISH MALT WHISKEY, WHICH IS THEN ADDED INTO THE ALCOHOL MIXTURES.
